1. About Paalo
Paalo is an online marketplace platform that connects buyers, sellers, adopters and pet boarders of animals. Paalo does not own, sell, inspect, verify, or guarantee any animal listed on the platform.
2. Role of Paalo
Paalo only provides a platform for users to post and view listings. All transactions, communications, inspections and agreements happen directly between the users. Paalo is not a party to any transaction.
3. User Responsibility
- Users are fully responsible for the accuracy of their listings.
- Buyers must inspect animals themselves before completing any deal.
- Sellers must provide honest and complete information.
- Users must follow all local laws related to animal ownership, trade and welfare.
4. No Verification or Guarantee
Paalo does not verify the health, breed, age, ownership or condition of any animal. We strongly recommend that users meet in person, check documents (if any), and inspect the animal carefully before making any payment or agreement.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users must not list, sell, or trade animals that are illegal to own, sell, or trade under local law. Any fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or otherwise harmful activity is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or termination of the user’s account. Where required by law, we may cooperate with relevant law enforcement authorities and provide user information in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
6. Limitation of Liability
Paalo is not responsible for any loss, injury, dispute or damage arising from transactions between users. Users engage with each other at their own risk.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
